International Shipping: Republic of Ireland and the EU

We ship from the UK to the Republic of Ireland and other EU countries.

All prices are shown in British pounds sterling (£). Orders sent to Ireland and the EU are exports from the UK.

The shipping charge paid at checkout covers delivery only. Import VAT, customs duties, and any courier customs-clearance or handling fees are not included in your order total. These charges are payable by the recipient directly to the courier or customs authority before or on delivery.

Orders are sent with import charges unpaid, on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis, sometimes referred to as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). We do not collect or prepay import VAT, customs duties, or related handling fees at checkout.

The exact amount depends on the destination country, the product, and the value of the order. These charges are set by the destination customs authority and courier, so we cannot predict or control the amount.

Delivery may be delayed if the required import charges are not paid. For questions about import VAT or customs duties, please contact your local customs authority or the courier handling your delivery.
